Hello and Welcome
Person-centred Counsellor based in Wirral
How are you?

Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your own head, or just tired of holding it all together.
You might be navigating stress at work, low mood, self-doubt, or the quiet weight of always putting others first.

Perhaps you're exploring whether ADHD or autism could be part of your story, or facing the grief that comes with losing something important: a job, a role, a sense of who you are.
If any of this resonates, you’re not alone.

I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can bring whatever’s on your mind. My clients often say it feels like a relief just to be fully accepted, to not have to pretend or explain. Together, we gently make sense of confusing thoughts, reconnect you with what matters, and build a clearer picture of who you really are. I offer support with care, and gentle challenge when it’s helpful, always working at a pace and direction that feels right for you.

Clients tell me they begin to feel more grounded and self-aware, as if the knots in their thoughts start to loosen. I bring warmth, life experience, and a quiet belief that you are not broken. You were never defective.
You’re finding your way back to who you really are.

Our sessions
I offer in-person sessions from Birkenhead Park Counselling Centre, and online using Google Meet or Zoom.
The focus is always on you and what you need. As a person-centred therapist, my aim is to create a natural, nurturing space where you can feel safe, comfortable, and at ease.

Our sessions are designed to help you slow down, breathe, and take things at your own pace. There’s no pressure to be anything other than yourself.

I see our work together as a respectful relationship—one where your autonomy, experiences, and essence are valued. You bring your life and your perspective, and I meet you there with openness, empathy, and care.
